Cyprium Partners Exits Investment in Honsador Holding LLC, the Largest Building Products Distributor in Hawaii
Cleveland, Ohio – December 12, 2014 — Cyprium Partners (Cyprium), a private equity firm focused on making non-control investments, announced today an exit from its investment in Honsador Holding LLC (Honsador) in a sale to Grey Mountain Partners.
Honsador Holding LLC, head quartered in Kapolei, Hawaii, is the holding company that was formed to acquire three related subsidiaries: Honsador Lumber, Ariel Truss, and Honolulu Wood Treating. Following Cyprium’s original investment, the company purchased Alpha Electric Supply, the largest independent electrical supply distributor in Hawaii, and acquired the assets of Aloha Lumber to expand its presence on the island of Kauai.
