John Sinnenberg — Chairman

Mr. Sinnenberg is Chairman and a founding member of Cyprium Partners. Prior to forming Cyprium, he was CEO and the Managing Partner for Key Principal Partners (KPP). Prior to KPP, he co-founded Key Mezzanine Capital Fund I, L.P., the predecessor group to Key Principal Partners. Prior thereto, Mr. Sinnenberg founded Regis Capital Partners, L.P., a private investment firm for wealthy families. Mr. Sinnenberg also previously worked at The Barclays Group, where he co-founded BZW's Mezzanine Capital Group, which began operations in 1989. He has also served in a variety of investment banking, trading and senior lending functions with BZW and Bankers Trust Company. In addition to several board roles on behalf of Cyprium Partners, Mr. Sinnenberg also serves on the boards of the China Institute, Breakthrough Charter Schools, University School, Ahuja Medical Center and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Mr. Sinnenberg received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School and a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University.

Cindy Babitt — Managing Partner

Ms. Babitt is a founding member of Cyprium Partners. Prior to forming Cyprium, she was a partner at Key Principal Partners (KPP). She joined KPP in 1998 from Carleton, McCreary, Holmes & Co., a Cleveland-based investment banking firm. Ms. Babitt spent three years at CMH with a primary focus on industry research, financial analysis, buy and sell side transactions and valuation for public and private companies. Prior thereto, Ms. Babitt worked as a laboratory technician for Seibert Powder Coatings and as a statistician for the University Hospitals of Cleveland. Ms. Babitt received her M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and her B.S. in Biology from the University of Miami.

Phil Curatilo — Principal &
Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Curatilo joined Cyprium Partners from Key Principal Partners (KPP). Prior to joining KPP he was a Managing Director at Westham Capital Partners, a middle market private equity principal investing and business development firm. Prior to Westham Capital, he was a General Partner at Riverside Partners, another middle market private equity firm, where he was responsible for the origination, review and recommendation of investment opportunities and the development and management of the firm's extensive network of investment sources. Prior to Riverside, Mr. Curatilo initiated and managed a venture capital practice for McClain Group, Inc., a technology-focused consulting firm.

In addition to his direct investment experience, Mr. Curatilo has had a well-rounded business career that includes Director of Planning and Development for TeleTech Telecommunications; Senior Commercial Underwriter for a non-bank SBA 7(a) lender; strategy consultant at The MAC Group/Gemini Consulting; Staff Manager at AT&T Corporation; and lecturer and consultant to business managers and emerging companies in the former Soviet Union during the time of the region's governmental coup. Mr. Curatilo received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Daniel Kessler — Principal

Mr. Kessler joined Cyprium Partners from Key Principal Partners (KPP). Prior to KPP he was with GlobalStreams, Inc., a developer of streaming media management software where he served as Vice President. Previously, Mr. Kessler spent five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, most recently as Manager in the M&A Transaction Services group, where he managed project teams conducting financial and operational due diligence and post-acquisition integration consulting. Mr. Kessler received his B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University, his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Beth Laschinger — Principal

Ms. Laschinger joined Cyprium Partners from Key Principal Partners (KPP). She joined KPP from KeyBanc Capital Markets where she was an Associate in the Investment Banking division. Ms. Laschinger was actively involved in the completion of a variety of corporate finance transactions, including private equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private placements and fairness opinions. Previously, she served as an analyst at Carleton, McCreary, Holmes & Co. where she was responsible for research and financial analysis in support of middle market mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Laschinger received her B.A. degree in Government with honors from Dartmouth College and received her M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Patrick Rond — Vice President

Mr. Rond joined Cyprium Partners from Key Principal Partners (KPP). He joined KPP in 2002 from ABN AMRO in New York, where he was an Analyst in the investment banking division. While at ABN, Mr. Rond was involved in the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions for companies in various segments of the telecommunications industry, including satellite, wireless, and local exchange services. Prior to ABN, Mr. Rond worked in the telecommunications investment banking groups at Furman Selz and ING Barings in New York. Mr. Rond received his B.S.B.A. in Finance with honors from John Carroll University and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Nick Stone — Director

Mr. Stone joined Cyprium Partners from Key Principal Partners (KPP). He joined KPP from Northlight Capital where he served as a Vice President responsible for developing proprietary acquisition opportunities, transaction execution and managing operational projects at the portfolio level. Prior to Northlight, he was a Director at U.S. Capital after beginning his career as a Financial Analyst at NASA - Johnson Space Center. Mr. Stone received his BBA in International Business from Wichita State University.

Chijioke Asomugha — Associate

Mr. Asomugha joined Cyprium Partners from Key Principal Partners (KPP). He joined KPP after obtaining an M.B.A. Prior to business school, Mr. Asomugha worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he was an Analyst in the Investment Banking division. While at Goldman, he was actively involved in the execution and advisory of cross-border acquisitions and M&A transactions. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Asomugha served as an International Development Fellow focusing on economic development and private equity in emerging markets. During business school he worked as a Summer Associate for RFE Investment Partners, executing leveraged buyouts in business services, healthcare and niche manufacturing sectors. Mr. Asomugha received his B.A. with a double major in Economics and Public Policy from Stanford University and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Drew Molinari — Associate

Mr. Molinari joined Cyprium Partners from Key Principal Partners (KPP). He joined KPP from Agilysys, Inc., a provider of IT solutions with expertise in the retail and hospitality markets, where he served as an Associate in the corporate development group. While at Agilysys, Mr. Molinari was responsible for the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis and modeling, coordination of due diligence procedures and post-closing integration. Prior to Agilysys, Mr. Molinari was an Analyst for Croft & Bender and Brown, Gibbons Lang & Co., both of which are middle market investment banks focused on M&A and capital raising transactions. Mr. Molinari received a B.B.A in Finance with honors from Kent State University.

Jason Thorn
Jason Thorn — Analyst

Mr. Thorn joined Cyprium Partners in 2012. Prior to joining Cyprium, he worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Wells Fargo. In this position, he advised software, digital media and semiconductor businesses on mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings and debt financings. Prior to Wells Fargo, Mr. Thorn worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Corporate Advisory Group at Morgan Keegan where he primarily focused on clients in the industrial, transportation, defense & aerospace and energy sectors. Mr. Thorn graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Rhodes College, where he was a member of the Financial Management Association National Honor Society and the Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics Honor Society.

Dennis Wagner — Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Wagner is a founding member of Cyprium Partners. Prior to forming Cyprium, he was Chief Administration Officer at Key Principal Partners (KPP). He joined KPP in 2000 from KeyCorp. During his eight years with KeyCorp he served as the Chief Financial Officer of two business units and as a Senior Vice President in the Financial Planning Group. Mr. Wagner was Director of Accounting Policies and Procedures at Goldome from 1987 until 1991 when Goldome was acquired by KeyCorp. Prior to joining Goldome, Mr. Wagner spent ten years in the audit practice of KPMG, an international accounting firm. He graduated with highest distinction from Colorado State University with a B.S. in finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. Mr. Wagner also serves as a member of the Community Advisory Council of WKSU, a public radio station, and is the Chairman of the Council’s finance committee.

Mary Beth Campean — Senior Accountant

Ms. Campean joined Cyprium Partners from Key Principal Partners (KPP). She joined KPP in 2000 after spending three years with the Financial Operations Division of KeyCorp where she was responsible for accounting for various non-bank subsidiaries. Prior to Key, Ms. Campean spent eight years in accounting, analysis and financial management reporting at various real estate development companies. Ms. Campean received her B.S. in Accounting from Youngstown State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lisa Vulic — Senior Accountant

Ms. Vulic joined Cyprium Partners from Key Principal Partners (KPP). She joined KPP in 2004. Prior to KPP, she spent five and one-half years in public accounting specializing in taxation. She graduated summa cum laude from Baldwin Wallace College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Ms. Vulic is a Certified Public Accountant.

Aimee Malkus — Control Specialist

Ms. Malkus joined Cyprium Partners from Key Principal Partners (KPP).  She joined KPP in 2007 from Masco Corporation where she served as a Compliance Analyst. Previously, Ms. Malkus spent six years at Ernst & Young, an international accounting firm where she worked as an auditor within Internal Audit with responsibility for design, implementation, evaluation and testing of new and existing operating procedures. Prior thereto, Ms. Malkus was a Financial Analyst for Ernst & Young, American Greetings and Allstate Insurance. Ms. Malkus received a B.S.N. from Kent State University.
